Fixed Equipment Integrity LLC offers a variety of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods used to inspect industrial equipment without causing damage or interrupting operation. Our services are used to locate defects, verify weld quality, measure material thickness, and evaluate the condition of critical components in the field or during fabrication.

Ultrasonic Testing
Ultrasonic Testing is used to detect internal flaws and measure material thickness without damaging the equipment being inspected. High-frequency sound waves are used to identify corrosion, cracks, and other defects that cannot be seen from the surface.
This method is commonly used for piping systems, pressure vessels, structural components, and storage tanks to ensure equipment meets safety and operational requirements.
Radiographic Testing
Radiographic Testing uses X-ray or gamma radiation to examine the internal structure of welds and materials. This method allows defects to be detected without disassembling the equipment.

Magnetic Particle Testing
Magnetic Particle Testing is used to locate surface and near-surface defects in ferromagnetic materials. By applying a magnetic field and inspection particles, cracks and flaws can be identified quickly and accurately.
This method is commonly used on welds, structural components, and pressure-containing equipment to verify integrity before equipment is placed into service.
Visual Inspection
Visual Inspection is often the first step in evaluating equipment condition. Our inspectors examine components for signs of corrosion, damage, misalignment, or improper installation.
Visual inspection helps identify potential issues early and supports other Non-Destructive Testing methods.
